Tahquitz Rock is a about 15 minutes north of Idyllwild, CA. On August 28th we climbed Sahara Terror. Sahara Terror is rated 5.7* and is labeled on the map as 26. Sahara Terror is seven pitches, approximately the same height as the Eiffel Tower or 900 feet. Here are a few pictures from our trip. The pictures are taking at the end of the fourth pitch which a had a nice ledge were we could sit. Most spots are too hairy to be messing with the camera. |
